1. Overview
This website, shop.hanyuwu.com ("the Store"), is operated by 深圳市广悦天地网络科技有限公司, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China ("Hanyuwu", "we", "us"). By visiting the Store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and personalization

- All products are made to order. Seals and calligraphy are made by hand. Small differences in stone, ink, color and brushwork are normal and are not defects.

- For personalized items, you are responsible for giving us the name you want. We check every name by hand and may contact you if something looks unclear. Production begins only after the name is confirmed.

- Chinese name suggestions and character meanings are given in good faith for cultural and educational interest.

- We may refuse personalization that is offensive, infringes someone else's rights, or is unlawful.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless shown otherwise. Prices and product availability may change without notice. If an item was mispriced or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

5. Taxes and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are paid by the customer.

7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photos, text and content on the Store, including Shan Hai Jing spirit beast and city designs, belong to Hanyuwu or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission. Items you buy are for personal use.

8. Accuracy of information
We try to keep product descriptions and images accurate. Colors may look different on different screens.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanyuwu is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
