How it works
- Pick a Style above, place your order and tell us your name (English or Chinese) in the order note. For Classic Calligraphy, add your preferred colorway.
- We email you to confirm your name before we start (if you left it empty, we'll ask you by email).
- Your files arrive by email within 3 business days after you confirm.
Digital files by email. Nothing is shipped.
Refunds
Personalized items are made to order. Once we've started your design, we can't refund it, but we'll fix any spelling or rendering error at no cost.
Digital download. If a file is broken or not as described, email hanyuwu@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full. Otherwise, digital downloads are generally non-refundable, but we review every request fairly. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local law.
