- We email you to confirm the name before we start.
- Your PDF arrives by email within 3 business days after you confirm.

Refunds
Personalized items are made to order. Once we've started your design, we can't refund it, but we'll fix any spelling or rendering error at no cost.
Digital download. If a file is broken or not as described, email hanyuwu@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full. Otherwise, digital downloads are generally non-refundable, but we review every request fairly. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local law.
